Each cohort will start together and have access to the 4-week course for 6 weeks. The course is hosted on a private portal that includes daily exercises, educational videos, health tips, and more. Together we will work through the material, answer your questions, and make sure you get the the MOST out of the course.
Unlike other pelvic floor programs or physical therapists, my approach is holistic. In Pelvic Core, we look at tightness, strength, coordination, endurance, power, your brain's ability to fire the muscles on its own, bladder habits, nutrition, posture, and so much more. It’s EVERYTHING you need to reach your goals — and I’m there to help you personally, every step of the way!
The course is designed to last four weeks, requiring less than 10 minutes a day. Together we will walk through the material each day where I'll keep you (and your fellow course students) on track with 1:1 coaching over the course of the next 30 days. If you follow this timeline, I guarantee you will see results by the end of the month! Because we know life happens and things get busy, you'll also receive an extra 2 weeks following the course to finish working through the material or revisit anything you're struggling with.
